1. I cannot touch and feel the product. How can I know if the items fit me?
We provide detailed description of the item and its length, width or height. We also provide photographs of the items in different angle.
You can measure to see whether it fits. We try to make judging the size and fit of the product easier by placing it next to standard size objects such as coins.
2. Why sometimes the item purchased doesn't look exactly like what I see online?
It is because a product look different under different lighting and screen resolution. This means that the bangle you buy may look different when you see it under yellow light at home and under the bright sun. The same product might look different in your computer or in your friend's computer.
Photographs of our accessories are taken under bright light with digital camera. As a guideline, the item you see online should look the same as when you see the item under the sunlight.
We understand your concern about receiving a product that is not what you have in mind. If you are not satisfied with the item your purchased, you can always return it to us. Please see our return policy for further information.
3. Do you have a physical store?
No. We wish to pass on the cost saving to our customer and hence we will mainly focus on delivering quality product online.
4. Why should I shop online when I can shop at shopping malls?
Online shopping is hugely convenient. It offers many benefits and shopping experience brick-and-mortar stores cannot. These are some of the benefits of shopping online:

5. Where do you get your items from?
We travel all around the world to search for unique, classic and quality accessories. While most products are imported from Asian countries, some products are locally made.
6. How do I shop online?
Shopping at Zikkos.com is easy:
-To browse items, use the BRACELET, NECKLACES, RINGS and EARRINGS links.
-Once you have found an item, click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button
-Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order

7. How often do you have new arrivals?
We launch new collections twice a week. Do come back from time to time to check out our new arrivals.
1. Is online shopping safe?
Online shopping is safe as long as it is with a reputable company. ZIKKOS.COM is a registered company by the name Zikkos Dot Com. Our company registration number is 001916562-P
2. Is it safe to make payment at your site?
All transactions on this website are processed using iPay88, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure, ZIKKOS.COM uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You may notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
3. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.
All transactions on this website are processed using iPay88, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.
4. How do you keep my personal information secure?
We only use your information in the ways that you want us to. For further information on how we protect your privacy please read our Privacy Policy.
1. Are the sold out items restockable?
All sold out items are not restocktable unless stated otherwise.
2. How do I place an order?
1) Click “Checkout” when you have finished shopping
2) Fill in shipping and payment details (if you choose to pay using Credit Card or Paypal, you will be redirected to a secure third party page
3) You will be sent an e-mail with a summary of your order
3) Make payment within 48 hours. Failure to pay will result in termination of the order
3. How do I know if you have received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.
4. Can I make changes to my order?
After you have confirmed your order, you cannot make changes to it. However, you can cancel your order and make another one.
5. I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Email us at orders@zikkos.com and provide us with the order number.
6. What happens after I’ve placed an order?
You will receive an e-mail with a summary of your order. Your order will be reserved for 24 hours or until payment is made.
1. How long can I reserve an item for?
Unfortunately, items cannot be reserved.
2. What are your payment methods?
We accept bank transfer, cash deposit, credit card and Paypal. Check Payment for more information.
3. Do you provide cash on delivery (COD)?
Why waste you time when you can order online? We do not provide COD but we can send the items to your doorstep.
4. What will happen to my balance if I over pay using cash deposit machine?
We would return your balance in the form on voucher. The next time you buy from us, your balance will be automatically deducted from your total purchase.
5. Can you insert the cash balance in the parcel instead?
We do not recommend that as it is against the postal service regulations. However, if you insist, we will oblige. Please not that we cannot be responsible for tampered or missing parcels. Return policy does not apply.
1. How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of RM 5 to Peninsular Malaysia and RM 10 to East Malaysia.
2. How long will delivery take?
You should receive your order within a week following the date payment is made.
3. Do you deliver to a different address than my payment address?
Yes. You can specify a different delivery address to your payment address. At the delivery page, click "Change address".
4. Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
Yes. Please email us at orders@zikkos.com for more information on international shipping fees.
5. How can I track my order?
Once we have delivered your item, we will send you an email which includes your tracking number.
6. What courier company do you use?
We are using Poslaju Courier.
7. Do you provide delivery using Pos Expres?
No. We do not provide delivery using Pos Expres. Instead, we use Poslaju which ensure item to reach you fast and safer.
1. What do I do if the item I ordered doesn't fit or not suitable?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Returned goods are exchangeable with products of the exact price paid or refunded in cash voucher. Read returns for more information.
2. What are the conditions of returns?
Returns must be new, unused, and with all ZIKKOS.COM tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
3. Do I get my refund in cash?
No. You will get your refund in form of cash voucher which you can use for future purchase.
4. Can I exchange the item purchased with another item?
Yes. You can exchange your item with another item of the same price. If you wish to exchange for a higher price item, you have to pay for the balance.
5. Who will bear the cost of postage?
The customer will bear the cost of postage.
6. How to make a return?
1) Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to returns@zikkos.com
2) Using reliable courier service, send the items back to us at:

7. How long will the return process takes?
It would take approximately 2 weeks for the return to be processed
1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you don't have to set up an account with us to shop. You can choose to checkout with a guest account.
2. Are there any benefits to having an account with you?

3. How to create an account with you?

4. I have forgottten my password. What should I do?
Simply click into ‘Account’ on the homepage and then click the ‘Forgotten Password’ link, you will then be emailed details to obtain a new password
5. I need to change my address and other details. What should I do?
Simply click into ‘Account’ on the homepage and then click the 'Edit your account information’ or 'Modify your address book entries' link to change your details
